7-Day Buddhayana SesshinSaturday May 28 — Friday June 3, 2022 “To study the self is to forget the self. This sesshin focusing on the Buddhayana Zen Path, the non-dual understanding of the Supreme Way, is a required part of the year-long study of the Buddhayana in the Four-Year Four Yana Program (either in-person or via Zoom), and is included as one of the scheduled events in the One-Year Big Mind Zen Program as well. It is also open to all other interested persons, at rates depending on their membership status. This will be our long-awaited first major in-person event since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. It will also be a 'hybrid' event live on Zoom, for those who cannot attend in person. (Registered participants in the Four-Year Four Yana Program and the One-Year Big Mind Zen Program do not have to register here. They will automatically receive the link to the Instruction page with Zoom links for the morning and afternoon sessions of the Retreat.) NOTE: Previous Covid restrictions at the Conference Center have been lifted, so in-person participation is now open to 30 more people. All attendees are requested to take a Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Test (Self Test At Home) and receive a negative result within 24 hours of May 28. These tests can be ordered from Amazon or obtained at local grocery stores. For those traveling by plane from outside the US, a negative test within 24 hours is required prior to travel. If you have difficulty finding a test kit please let us know.
